Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Quartermill.

All Quartermill products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is created only after an order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and produced within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, seasonal demand, holidays, or quality checks. Since our products are made to order, production time cannot always be rushed once your order has entered production.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time Within the United States

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated US delivery times are:

• Economy Shipping: 4–8 business days after production

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after production

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after production, where available

• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days total, including production, where available for eligible products

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control may affect final delivery time.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

For most US orders, customers should expect their order to arrive within approximately:

4–12 business days from the order date, depending on the product, production time, and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

In some cases, tracking may show “ready to ship” or may not update immediately even though the package is already moving through the carrier network.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different print partners or shipped from different facilities. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Quartermill is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at [insert support email]. We will do our best to help, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow a few extra business days for the carrier to update the tracking information.

If your order appears lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at 02farukakkus@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue.

Quartermill is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. In such cases, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

Made-to-Order Notice

All Quartermill products are custom printed on demand. This helps reduce waste and allows us to create each item specifically for you.

Because items are made to order, please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
